How we’ll work together

My work blends emotional depth with practical insight.

You’ll gain tools to navigate life’s challenges and the clarity to understand why those challenges show up in the first place. This is more than problem-solving—it’s about lasting change that grows from self-understanding, connection, and compassion.

Individual Therapy

Find your footing again.

You may be carrying stress, shame, or old pain that keeps showing up in your relationships and daily life. Individual therapy gives you space to explore your story and learn to respond, not just react.

Together, we’ll work toward a deeper sense of calm, confidence, and self-trust.

Areas of focus include:

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Complex Trauma

  • Sexual Trauma

  • Trauma and emotional wounds

  • Identity and life transitions

  • Finding purpose and meaning

Couples Therapy

Rebuild connection where it matters most.

Relationships are where our deepest joys and deepest wounds often live. If you’re feeling distant or caught in patterns of conflict, there’s a path back to closeness.

Using EFT and The Gottman Method, we’ll uncover what’s really happening beneath the arguments and help you rebuild safety, understanding, and intimacy.

You’ll learn to communicate with more empathy, navigate hard moments with more trust, and rediscover what brought you together in the first place.

Group Work (Coming Soon)

Grow in community.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

Group therapy offers a space to learn from others, practice new ways of relating, and experience the power of being seen and supported by people walking a similar path. Stay tuned for upcoming group offerings.

Session Fees + Out-Of-Network Provider

Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. Sessions are $185 for individuals and $200 for couples. I keep a few sliding-scale spots open for clients who need a lower rate, and I’m happy to talk more about options during a free 15-minute consultation.

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Small steps lead to real change. Let’s take the first one together.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
